Booking Process – How It Works

1. Tell us your needs: destination, number of guests, travel dates, type of accommodation, preferred meal plan (room only / B&B / half-board / full board).
2. We present options: a selection of properties with room types, photos, amenities, pricing and location map.
3. You select & we secure: we handle the reservation, confirm rooming and give you the contract / booking terms.
4. Pre-stay logistics: we send check-in details, transfer/arrival information or any special instructions (e.g., group check-in, meal arrangements).
5. During your stay: we’re your point of contact for any changes, issues and extras (like airport pickup, room upgrades, sightseeing add-ons).
